1) Valle de Este Golf Course. The Valle del Este golf course opened in 2002 and was designed by Jos Canales. Jos made use of the indigenous vegetation to integrate the course into the surrounding landscape. There is a good combination of very challenging holes, with other less strenuous holes. The course design and setting make it quite spectacular. The tees are particularly noteworthy, positioned on small raised platforms surrounded by volcanic rock. The, fairways are wide and there are a lot of large sand bunkers on the course as well as 3 lakes and several waterfalls. All in all, a real challenge for players of all levels.
2) Playa Macenas Golf Course. This golf course is at Playa Macenas Beach. It has been designed to challenge and reward golfers of all levels and boasts an original design with both natural and man-made hazards to provide an added challenge to each round.
